I had a Package deal (Bouncy castle and complete soft play and ball pit package) for my daughter’s 1st Birthday Party. George and his team were absolutely amazing, so professional and friendly. It was so easy to book and I love that I had the option to make payments off the package before the date or cash or delivery. The kids had the best time (& so did the adult 😄), I highly recommend Cottles Castles and will be using them for all events in the future. Thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have hired a bouncy castle from here twice, once last year and then recently for my sons’ birthday. Highly recommend. Great quality bouncy castles, they’re prompt with their drop off and pick up.

I planned a birthday party for my son’s 2nd birthday and chose cottles castle for the package as it was the best price I had seen. On the day the gentlemen who dropped everything off was 20 minutes early so I was happy that they were on time. This allowed me to set everything up straight away when I arrived. They communicated and were very prompt and clear about everything, I would definitely use them again!

I hired a disco bouncy castle for my daughter’s birthday party and couldn’t have had a better experience. Absolutely excellent customer service as we had to make some last minute changes due to weather. Set up and delivery was great and on time. Really friendly and competent staff. The bouncy castle was clean and in great condition, and the speakers/microphone worked perfectly. Most importantly the children loved it. I highly recommend Cottle’s Castles and would definitely use them again.

Thankyou for an excellent service for my baby boy's 1st birthday party. The children absolutely loved bouncing around all day. Great communication with the team and even adjusted the booking in the afternoon to collect the next day as so much fun was being had. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to hire a bouncy castle!
