Brought in my father's car to have the tires changed and when we got it back the rear passengers rim.was bent all to hell and they took zero responsibility. I am being forced to give a 1 star review instead of 0

Hey make sure when a customer calls and asks for the work to be done you actually tell them to start and notwaste my ti.e having it sit there for over a week while nothing is being done. And stop having the phone calls go to a random cottingham when you clearly don't communicate with each other. One location should be one phone number not hard.
