Hey make sure when a customer calls and asks for the work to be done you actually tell them to start and notwaste my ti.e having it sit there for over a week while nothing is being done. And stop having the phone calls go to a random cottingham when you clearly don't communicate with each other. One location should be one phone number not hard.

Great experience, my Dad had taken my car in to inquire about a noise, it was inexpensive and a simple fix, they helped us get to and from the shop. This was right before a busy long wknd where I needed my car, and they squeezed me in and dealt with the simple problem really quick. Good business to trust your car with. Thanks Cottingham Tire and Auto.

This is my first Google review. I am not from the area, but was passing through en route to Michigan when my car broke down on a Friday afternoon in November on the 401. Cottingham squeezed me in right away. My car was on the lift before I finished spelling my name to the attendant, and I was back on the road within an hour. I couldn't thank these guys enough... five stars.
