Spacious and well kept. However the focus is mostly geriatric females. The classes are not geared to athletes or strength building
Great place.
I used to think that the YMCA is where old people went to do water aerobics. Not here, this is a very modern and up kept facility. The equipment is good and the membership price is great. Staff is welcoming and friendly - Cant wait for phase two to be complete!
