I had an insurance policy with them for several years and decided I was going to take a local job that didn't require the commercial insurance anymore. That job didn't pan out so I decided to go back to driving and called them a month and a half later. When I reinstated my policy it was on the 23rd of the month they charged me for the full month and the next month's premium was due on the 1st. They said that because I had previously had insurance with them that it wouldn't be prorated.

Marla was very helpful with my claim. I had driveway damage from a delivery. I did read some reviews and some seemed very negative. So I got a little worried. But Marla was very pleasant through the entire process and I was able to get our families driveway fixed up. Thank you very much Marla Seaton

Was hit by there driver while I was at a red light. Took numerous calls to get the adjuster to return contact. They denied claim due to prior damage. The only damage was caused by there driver. Claimed there was no matching damage from my plastic mirror to there overly damaged metal truck.
