I think the insurance company should send out a proper "Certificate Holder Copy" when they verify a carrier's insurance. This agency feels it is "OK" to leave the "Description of operations" box blank. I will deny the carrier they insure when this is the way they send out the COI. The new supreme court ruling makes those who hire a carrier responsible. When we check insurance - we expect a more professional response from an insurance company. If I could give them. 0 stars I would!! My car was side swiped by a wel truck and they claim the damage did not match. I am definitely getting a lawyer and will be coming for this company and wel. My car will definitely be paid for!!

Reading the reviews I see i am not the only one having trouble resolving a claim. I have called and emailed,and left voicemails. They claim to be this great and caring,professional company on their website,but are really not when it comes to taking care of business.
