Insurance for CRST, CBCS are refusing to pay out for an accident where their insured was at fault, now I have hired an attorney to sue and they dont want to give the contact for the sheriff to serve them paperwork for court.
If I could give 0 stars, that's what they would be getting. I was hit by a semi on 7/25 and the claim still has NOT been settled. Sarah Roehl is the adjuster and she has been a nightmare to try and get a response from. If you use this company for your third party claims, I would change it, IMMEDIATELY. I have been without a car since the accident because it is not driveable. I have not been able to work either. I have kids to take care of and the adjuster could care less. I called my agent over 100 times, I’ve never left so many voice messages to someone, I have email her many many times as well without a reply at all! It’s like I got ghosted by them. My claim is an ongoing thing for the last 2 months and counting and I have spoke to this lady once, my situation is a workers comp claim. If your employer use this insurance, my recommendation to you is to LAWYER UP.
