I placed an order at Wendy's store # 67203 (owned by Cotti Foods) while visiting Wichita, and they double charged my card. When I contacted the restaurant about the 2nd charge, they refused to correct it and would not let me speak with the manager. Over the past 43 days I've been in communication with Wendy's corporate office who has made multiple attempts to contact the general manager and district manager for a refund of the 2nd charge. GOt into drive 11:15am Oceanside Ca Taco bell off 76. took 15 mins for me to reach speaker. Ordered food at 11:32am according to receipt Order #73 Rest# 040797. Then had to wait at window another 15 mins for food. The only good thing about this stop was the guy in the window was friendly and offered me a coupon for a free taco on next visit.
