Bill and his team are wonderful. The dogs are amazing and very friendly. We had a great time!
Our visit to Bill Cotter's Kennels was incredible. He and his family were excellent guides and his dogs were beautiful, friendly, and so much fun. Getting to experience the trails with them was one of the highlights of our trip to Fairbanks. We learned so much, and enjoyed our rides even more than expected. My son is planning to go back with friends, and I would definitely visit again on a future trip to Alaska. Thank you for a wonderful time!
Wonderful experience! Our family booked the 1 hour tour with our 3 kids 9, 7 and 4. Bills team took great care of our family and everyone had an amazing time!

If you ever make it to Alaska, I highly recommend Cotter’s Sled Dog Rides and Tours, the owner Bill was hospitable, friendly, personable, and took his time explaining everything to us. He had boots and mittens for us to borrow but we rented out our Alaska gear (alaska coat, snowpants, snowboots) from a place in town; so we were all set there. Bill also provided packets of hothands.
