Reception always answers my call- I don't have to wait too long. Options are given regarding face-face or phone appointment. Medical staff are thorough and caring. Particular care is taken with my toddler and always feel welcomed to come back if illness becomes worse.

I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist staff at Cotterills Lane GP Surgery. On three separate occasions, including my most recent call 17th January 2025, I contacted the surgery with important questions about my diabetes and cholesterol medications. However, the receptionist staff refused to allow me to speak or address my concerns. Try booking a telephone consultation on a Monday impossible. Today Tuesday I've called a 5 times starting at 08.00 till 08.15 all I get due to high call volumes to try later. You try later and they are fully booked. P. S 10 calls later and at 08.33 I finally gave up. No problems with the GPS the problem is receptionists perhaps they should think of retiring and let a new breed take over.
