Cotter is a great school. However, it has its flaws. Mr Forney does not get enough credit for what he does for everyone in the school. He is vice principal AND pretty much the counselor. DID YOU KNOW that the preferred ratio of student to counselors is 250:1??? but cotter doesn't even have a full time counselor, though the student body is above 250?
