Have tried calling the office number for days on end and he never answers the phone. This is not like he is on vacation, this has been going on for some time. Suggest maybe looking elsewhere, because if the $h!+ hits the fan and you need to reach your agent, good luck. i just wanted to get a quote, but again, never answers the phone.
