You call and you get helped by the kindness receptionist Nadia! I called all the way from Florida to schedule an emergency appointment for my dad and they were able to take care of him a couple hours later. My dad who doesn’t speak english was in a lot of pain, they had someone who spoke spanish and my dad said the whole team was amazing, in times like these kindness and empathy is super appreciated, thank you Nadia and thank you everyone, we would a 100% recommend this office all the way from Florida!

I find Dr. Cotter to be a highly skilled dentist who makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. His attention to detail and genuine care for patients' well-being truly stand out. I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone looking for quality dental care in a welcoming environment.

Drive from Aberdeen for my care here. Well worth it! Dr. Cotter and his staff are excellent. He has a great personality and technically sound. Puts you at ease...and I hate going to the dentist so that's a bonus. Technology is top notch. A gem in the small town of Ellendale.
