Dr. Cheryl Cotter had correctly identified my son with asthma & acid reflux over a dozen years ago. Thank God she did ! Prior to her prognosis, he had been hospitalized twice a year... for three consecutive years . He has not been hospitalized since then. Before Dr. Cotter, he had been misdiagnosed 13 times. Worst “Doctor” in town. After spending 5 minutes with my son, she deemed him to be deaf in one ear and for us to just accept it. After seeing a new ENT, we had a renewed hope and new treatment plan. Since then, he’s recovered half his hearing and climbing. Had we of taken her “professional” advice, God only knows where he’d be today. It is hard to imagine a less professionally run office. My first experience in their allergy clinic involved being asked to bring in my Epipen for my child but the staff did not know how to use it, had there been an actual emergency. Our school nurse was so horrified, she gave me a flier on how to use the different brands of pens to give to them.
