Katie and her office were easy to work with. Katie is very detailed and all responses were prompt and thorough. I would highly recommend.
Would not recommended for several reasons. Top two would be that the lawyer is scattered and forgetful. Also, not sure if this is all lawyers but the nickel and diming is crazy. We got charged for the time it took to simply schedule an apt. That seems outrageous to me.
Katie is the most thorough and knowledgeable person I have worked with for a real estate transaction. She was transparent, responsive, and thorough. She's also an expert in real estate tax law. I learned more about real estate transactions from her than I did from several previous deals, and I really appreciate her patience in explaining things I didn't understand.
