We really wanted to like this company, and give them our money, but it was apparent they didn't want it. We bought a new home in December, and we scheduled Cotten's to come out the day after we moved in to provide an estimate for a number of different replacements and and additions that we wanted done ASAP. Arrived very quickly, part ordered and installed within a few days because the part needed was on back order. Part installed and one lass worry for me. Dale and crew was very friendly and courteous. Great to work with. I will definitely call them again when needed. Thank you!
Cotten Services was GREAT!!! Right from the start of ordering my generator to the Technicians completely installing it. Very Professional. Highly Recommend.
After MULTIPLE trips to my place. They told me it’s time to just replace my furnace or they’ll just keep replacing broken parts and it’ll be a lot more expensive. They were quick, easy, explained everything to me, and made me feel better knowing I have a nice warm house to come home too!
