There is no reason for the smoke alarms to need to be replaced as often as I have had them replaced. They go off at random times and the one in the living area is to high to access so you have to wait on maintenance to come replace batteries or replace.
Our disposal was replaced while I was away and my husband was home. He didn't tell me, and when I turned on the disposal for the first time after it was replaced, it no longer roared and shook the sink. Thank you!
Very good community, we loved our stay at Redwood Wooster.
