The Maintenance guy came when they said he would. He was very nice and fixed the problem with our sink/dishwasher.
There is no reason for the smoke alarms to need to be replaced as often as I have had them replaced. They go off at random times and the one in the living area is to high to access so you have to wait on maintenance to come replace batteries or replace.
