Verified Renter I have enjoyed my time living at The Cottages on Edmonds. The management and staff are helpful and friendly. The apartments are located in a quiet area with friendly and quiet residents. The location of the apartments are just minutes away from shopping and has quick and easy routes to and from the airport.
Verified Renter This is a lovely, quiet place to live. The grounds are lovely, and the staff and neighbors are friendly. The maintenance service is excellent!
Verified Renter The manager is very helpful. She responds to issues in a timely manner. We had a serious flooding problem on our front porch area for over 4 years. She got it fixed in one week. The work crew was only there 2 days and fixed it right. She even showed us how to login to pay rent online instead of just telling us. We appreciate her patience with senior residents.

Beware I have lived here for two years and the first year was wonderful. Then a new property management company took over and raised everyone's rent . I was upset but decided to renew and stay another year....Bad decision. The quaint neighborhood feeling is gone. Tons of people moved out and now they are increasing the rent again. I have had dead rats on my patio and juvenile snakes in my living room. When I complained about this the manager just said "yeah, one of your neighbors had one to. Were working on it" Pathetic. MM I can only give 1 star because the property is nice and quiet. The management is absolutely horrible. You will be treated like they are doing you a favor if anything breaks down and, God forbid, they have to come fix it. I moved in January. This is the timeline and situations. I should have listened. Came to look at property in December: No one was there. "Be back at 3:00" on the door. Took hours off of work and finally got a message, the next day, that the person was having problems at home and couldn't be there. Second ... read more
Quaint quiet little apartments These apartments are perfect and quiet. I love how safe these apartments are. You walk in to any of the apartments and you automatically feel like your at home! As a single woman who lives on her own being able to trust your neighbors Is a major plus. I love my neighbors I feel like they are family and we always watch out for eachother!
