Verified Renter I have lived at the cottages on Edmonds for approximately 5 years my experience has been satisfaction with the leasing personnel the community within itself is very well kept I feel safe in my surroundings and I would encourage anyone else to inquire for their family to live here
Don't believe the fake reviews There's two trash dumpsters and recycling bin. The two trash are stacked in front of each other and is always full, the one in the back is so hard to get to which is ridiculous. Don't even try to throw your trash out over the weekend it is always full. Mailbox just got broken into. Takes forever for water to get hot and washer barely washes well even with little bit of clothes. Go someplace else this apartment is ridiculous
