I have lived here since June 2025. I love where I live. The people have all been friendly. I enjoy the trees and beautiful scenery. It could use a little landscape clean up but that's ok. The staff has been responsive and straight up with me which I appreciate. Maintainance has been wonderful and responsive. I moved in when there was a new management company . From what I hear it is much better than in the past. The only thing I could recommend would be to have dog litter bags through out as some don't bring any with.
We have been here for 5 1/2 years. Outside needs improvement. But otherwise good
I have lived here 5 yrs and love it have great neighbors , and love my unit have had turn overs in management but all in all things are good only the bushes need grooming I enjoy my life here
I promised me one price and then I find out it's $200 more a month. Two trees fell out of my car when was parked by the office, do you think anybody would call and ask how I'm doing? No they did not. Am I the waiting list for a garage, and she said there wasn't any and there is. I have been so disappointed!
The property is well kept and the management team is very kind and considerate.
