I am writing to express thanks for the excellent tour of The Cottages of Vadnais Heights. Anastasia, the community manager, who told us all about the Cottages of Vadnais Heights was delightful. She shared all there is to know about this property with great excitement! She has all the attributes of a stellar community manager. We hope we will soon be members of the community.
Nicely maintained 55+ apartments, under new management.
My mother had her heart set on moving here and the staff drop the ball in everyway possible mis communication no follow threw or call back mis lead and poor communication we were lied to told one thing and then another... I wouldn't let my dog live here and definitely not my mother or other family or friends
New management is working very hard for the Cottages Tenants and Community. Took over end of last year, 2018, and tenants are loving it! Follow up and maintenance is absolutely awsome!
