RecommendedI love some of the staff, they sacrifice their lives for us and they have great teamwork! They are very joyful
Wonderful Caring staff. Couldn't ask for better care. The nurses made me feel like a part of their family. Would recommend to anyone. Truly an amazing facility
Well my mom was there for 2 nights at the REHAB cottage. From sat at 4pm till mon at 3:30 pm. Moved her out!!!!That place was horrible. Seriously awful. I was lied to by a nurse about my moms pain meds!!! Said they could NOT get them until their pharmacy opened on Monday!!! Told me I could bring in her pain meds from home and give them to her myself!!! Facilities have access to 24 hr pharmacies!!! They left her on portable potty in front of her open door for hours. The staff here often lie when I have asked about checking in on my family member, showering routines, reading and offering him food options and other service's that they report they are providing. I have found that staff, including administration (who is almost impossible to reach) are generally short and ill mannered. Ever since they had a change in admin staff this place has been on a decline. The cottages of Clayton, is rated poor because they do not have around the clock nurse on staff, the daily trash removal,oxygen service is questionable. They do not have 24 hour a day snacks. The weekly housekeeping did not happen. The on site staff attending to your needs 24 hours a day. Was fine for the elderly who could get around but if you needed help then you did not get it. If you have an elderly family member who needs medication given to her, and given to her correctly DO NOT send her here. The staff here lie and neglect a lot of their patients. I feared for my Grandmother's life while she lived here. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!
Toured this place. It was filthy in two of the bathrooms there were flies everywhere!
This place was wonderful when we put my mother in. It has gone down hill quick! My mom almost died because there were no nurses or nursing aids to be found. There has been two deaths in a short period of time and a lady in my mom's cottage had bruising on her face so sever I didn't recognize her as the took her out to the emergency room. I work in a hospital and after admitting mother there I have heard horror stories from other peers about this place. Don't make the mistake I did!
I toured this place with my mom and just had to let everyone know how dirty it is. The girl took us to look around and took us in a room and there were flies EVERYWHERE in two of the bathrooms. This place is filthy
