I highly recommend Lynell and Mario in the sales office for all of your new home needs! They were both incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. The construction manager, Greg, was also very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through parts of the build process, which I really appreciated. Thank you all!!
Look, I'll be real honest. They did some sketchy communication and did not answer all questions in a reasonable amount of time. During my blue tape walk through we added more tape that they said they would fix, and never did. It's been 6 months since we closed and we still have blue tape in our house waiting to be fixed. The agents in the model home seemingly change frequently so it's always somebody new. The HOA raised rates by over 50% after we were told it would be $210, it became $350.
