UPDATE: Raw Sewage leaking into the street and up from our yard for 48 hours now. We were WELL AWARE that we would be living in an active construction zone, with homes being finished to our right, left, and across from us (With the street behind us about to be developed). What we absolutely could not prepare for is the EARLY time that they begin and their lack of care for any residents that may be living near their worksite. These crews start work at 4A some days.
