Trash and unreliable WiFi, terrible parking system overall, especially guest parking.
WARNING TO YOUNG FEMALE COLLEGE STUDENTS: There have been several complaints of a male maintenance person abusing his right to access female tenants’s apartments. Management has done nothing to stop the problem and he is creating an unsafe and inhabitable environment for these students. DO NOT RENT AT THIS PROPERTY UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED. The situation is currently being investigated by the local police department.
Love these cottages. My son stayed there for 2 years while attending UNCW which is right across the street. Great location, and the rooms and leases are awesome.
I love living at the cottages! It’s in the perfect location to walk to class, the apartments are all very new & nice, i always feels safe here, and the staff are always super helpful & friendly. Definitely recommend!!
