Useful tool with ability to filter criteria which makes my search more efficient. Sept 2025 - Updating this review as I finally got a chance to follow through with two different bookings this year. Joanna was very helpful with all my questions and responses were always very speedy. We ended up renting two different weeks due to our schedule , and she made it all very easy. We enjoyed our stay on Papineau Lake very much!

If a problem arises with a rental they are quick to remedy the situation giving you options that you may utilize or having the problem resolved at their end. The rental process has been seamless for us over 9 years with very few issues. Highly recommend their services!
