Very poor communication and unprofessional behavior from both the cleaning staff and their manager. When politely asked to move a parked vehicle to allow access for a landscaping crew, the cleaner created an unnecessary scene and refused to cooperate. The situation was made worse by the manager, who responded rudely and seemed biased against the landscaping workers.
