I have a 2011 Skoda 1.8 TSI dsg 7 speed. I left the car for them to diagnose my gearbox whine. CSG Automotive Land Rover & Range Rover Service Centre directed me to here saying this is their second garage and they able to diagnose automatic gearboxes. The lady at the counter questioned me who said they deal with auto gearboxes? I payed £102 for a service I have never received. Efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced!
From initial contact to return of car, everything is friendly and organised. It has to be as they operate from small base and have lots of clients. Once you get in turnaround is quick, but don't expect this to be tomorrow. They know what they are doing too, and have fulfilled both simple (punctures) and complex) replacement steering rack) efficiently and cost effectively. Glad I live so close. Probably wouldn't have chosen this garage from a passing look
Sent car in for quote for a wheel bearing, got quoted £990 for other works on top after mechanic had a look around which we didn't ask!! price was quite expensive at £100+hr labour without the part on top, decided not to use them and was charged £51 labour for the privilege. Basically confirming it was the wheel bearing making noise that we originally sent it in for a quote. Blamed it on miscommunication and still charged us!!
