Brilliant service and communication from start to finish. I needed to get my car towed to a garage and fixed ASAP. I called Cottage Street who fit me in a couple of days later so it got towed to them that afternoon ready. I got a call a day earlier than expected to say they'd found the fault and fixed it for me. I have a 2011 Skoda 1.8 TSI dsg 7 speed. I left the car for them to diagnose my gearbox whine. CSG Automotive Land Rover & Range Rover Service Centre directed me to here saying this is their second garage and they able to diagnose automatic gearboxes. The lady at the counter questioned me who said they deal with auto gearboxes? I payed £102 for a service I have never received.
