I called them on Wednesday about repairing my Furnace. It WAS not an emergency, I just wanted to get the job scheduled when they could fit it in. I was told by the lady who answered that I would get a call back shortly. At 10am on Thursday I called again and asked if it was an oversight that I was not called back or were they NOT interested in the repair. I was told by a different lady she would check into it and get back to me. At 2pm Thursday I called Lakehouse Plumbing & Heating. They came out on Friday at 9am.
