Booked through air bnb a year ago and tried getting in touch with CRA through the app and calling their phone number. No response or anything. Can’t leave messages. Don’t trust them with your money or vacation. Luckily airbnb refunded us in full and were able to rent another place last minute.
This rental company SUCKS!! Do not use them!! I had a reservation for one of their properties in seaside, Florida for Memorial Day weekend. I made these reservations a year ago. And today on 08 May 24 I get told from Airbnb that we will get a full refund. I asked why and they told me they are not allowed to say. I tried calling the property manager several times and tried reaching them through the Airbnb app several times. Good food, friendly service. Try the taco salad.
Terrible rental agency. They canceled our vacation house two weeks before our trip and gave no assistance in finding another one. Customer service was non-existent, asked for a manger to call and never did. Sent emails that went unanswered. Scarlett Lichterman was not helpful in the least bit in helping us, knowing they canceled so close to our trip. Still waiting to hear back from her manager. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
