Both mom (91 yrs of age) & I felt the staff was welcoming and all interactions were positive which made my mom laugh and feel relaxed. Like me mom thought Dr Lane was patient & caring, he answered her questions and put her at ease. Also mom liked his smile which made her feel comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about dementia. Would highly recommend Dr. Lane
I have sought help from Dr. Frisk and she is never available. I was sent for follow up after being hospitalized in intensive care with septic shock and was treated as if I was malingering. Nobody read my appointment request. Then I was told that instead of going to Lompoc ER I should have driven to Santa Ynez. I live in Lompoc. Since my hospitalization I reached out and help was not available and staff was pretty rude. I will never seek help here again.
