I recently went to Cottage and Dr. Matthews saw me as the first patient of the day. She assumed I was having fertility issues when I came in for other issues. I was rushed because they booked it as a Pap smear so she did not even address other issues I had. Not only was the visit frustrating... Cottage billed my insurance for 4 lines items for what was 20 minutes with a Pap smear, no request for a urinalysis, not properly addressing my concerns and the most disappointing OBGYN experience I've ever had! I had a good experience at this Cottage Health Clinic. Dr. Matthews is experienced and is open to questions. The Clinic is new, cozy, and is welcoming especially when it concerns OBGYN Testing or treating.
Dr. Matthews is respectful, patient, full of knowledge and compassion. I'm so grateful to be under her care!
Dr. Gray has been an amazing surgeon and advocate! Finding a doctor who believes you is rare, and she listens with an educated ear and promptly follows through with treatment, prevention, solutions, and care. I can't recommend her highly enough!
