I would give zero stars if I could. Today on 05/06/2022, first time client, I walk in and the door is locked. I knock on the glass. They come out and tell me to call them for checking in. I had no idea about that. Usually, I walk it to a clinic and all is good. After that, she hands me a clipboard to fill some paperwork outside, in the cold (on the street, with my cat with me).
