I was in the shop earlier today and was very disappointed with the customer service. Looking at past reviews, this seems to be an ongoing problem. How hard is it to say "Welcome in" or "Are you finding everything?" I literally had to be the one to speak to the two ladies at the counter. I am not sure if either is the owner, but if they are not, the owner needs to know so their employees need to be trained better. My friend and I visited Cottage Junkies while shopping in downtown Washington. The store certainly has a large selection of merchandise, including clothing, gifts, home décor, and specialty items, and there is plenty to browse. Unfortunately, the customer service left something to be desired. There were several employees gathered near the checkout area during our visit, but no one greeted us or engaged with us while we shopped. First time in the store and it is decorated and merchandised so beautifully. Even the dressing rooms are inviting. There were only a few clothing items that were my style, but everything in the store is lovely. They have very nice home decor. The service was friendly. Definitely check it out!
This shop is beyond cute. It was recommended to me by a girl at church and I was so glad I stopped in!! They have soooo many dresses and outfits and choose from, the ladies working were super friendly and helpful. Ill definitely be back.
I always forget how many fabulous things they have to offer. Great for gifts or for something for yourself!
