Everything breadsticks…we paid over $100 for the order. So disappointing
Cold no sauce and flavor and I asked for flavored crust first and last
I ordered at 11:18 am for 12:15pm delivery. No email at text sent to confirm order. Called the Miller Rd. Flint ( location where it was being delivered from) at 12:19pm the manager answered the phone confirmed that I did have an order and it was out for delivery and should be there in a few minutes. I have had poor experiences at a few of your store but the HOLT location is seriously the best. The gentleman that answers the phones when I order is always so polite, friendly and accurate. He is respectful and careful with my orders as we have dietary restrictions and always makes sure my food is safely made. He seriously deserves a raise and so does everyone else there.
Pizza is amazing, and truly great owner and employees
Completely and utterly disappointed. Order delivery waited an hour for our food and then was told that they're not going to deliver it because they can't send their drivers out with $62 in change. Will never ever consider cottage inn for pizza night again.
