I was craving pizza late at night, so took about a 30 minute drive for some pizza as this was the only one open at that time. On the way I placed my order over the phone so it could be ready by the time I arrived. Once arriving the pizza was not done quite yet,which okay they could be busy or something maybe, right ? Wrong. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I got there 5 minutes early and was told it would still be awhile. 15 minutes later the counter guy said he had my pizza. It was already cold. There was no other customers in the store. I would ever order from there again. It used to be excellent but now they have new owners and it's bad.

It was so bad I couldn't even place my order. I called as a first time customer and they were so rude on 7/15/25 at 9:05 pm to place an order and it was such an inconvenience for 1 extra LG pepperoni and cheese, 1 med supreme pizza, and bread. It took 2 people to understand what I was trying to order. I had no specialties other than no anchovies or olives. I won't be calling them again
It's always hot in this place and its always a wait for door dash pickups
