I’ve never had a bad item from here and staff is kind!
Order from this location, didn’t look at the items before I left, got home and opened the box to pencil stick bread sticks. Called the store to give feedback, didn’t ask for a refund or anything. The person on the other end was very rude and hung up on me. I’m in the customer service field and was just giving feedback. I was beyond nice. Just an fyi, I wasn’t going to write this but I was hung up on.
Great food and great service can’t be the ultimate pepperoni pizza and that delicious brookie. I can’t believe they made a brownie and a cookie together.
Order was wrong and the workers were acting suspicious...
