Third shift ER staff has no bedside manners. Very cold. I love the first shift or second shift. Dr Chris Finley and the nurse who checked me in was so amazing. So kind so caring so helpful. Explained things perfectly and helped calm me down. They were the best ever. But third shift for my daughter woah.. NOT GOOD. They put the news on for my six year old daughter offered her no comfort and didn’t explain things well at all. Horrible.
