Wonderful Provider that goes above and beyond for my medically and behaviorally complex member. Thank you, Cottage Heath, for your support. Special shout-out to Wendi Watson, she is a gem.
Worked with them for medication management and therapy for nearly two years. Staff is kind, but treats you more like you're a friend that came over to visit than a client. I'm unsure if they ever claimed to be, but they aren't very adaptable to LGBTQ+ clients. For example, when I told staff my preferred name and pronouns, they treated it as if was something silly and not my actual identity. I was given a strange look that said to me "Are you sure?"
