Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet? Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month Were the kennels and holding areas clean? Yes, they were spotless Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times? Yes Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick? Yes, their compassion was greatly appreciated. Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair? It wasn't too bad, but I'm not sure I got my money's worth.

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Did this veterinarian answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered Was this animal hospital's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Yes Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor? Yes, they were immaculate. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

I've been fortunate enough that I always find a good veterinarian for my cats wherever I live. I know what I'm looking for and establish great rapport with the vet(s) at the outset because of my own background with working at the MSU Vet Clinic and being in healthcare. However, I also know what I don't want and do not hesitate to go elsewhere if necessary. I chose this place partially for location (downtown CG) and curb appeal (the other vet in town has a chain link fence around their place - maybe for large animal work...).... read more

Board member I love their Hometown attitude. You can tell they really care about your animals. We had to put to sleep several family pets over the years and they always sent a card and called. Very professional and caring.
