I called all day to have an emergency prescription called in to prevent an ER trip while we are out of state. Dr. Bloom never had the prescription filled. From 8 to 5 with calls almost every hour to the pharmacy checking to see if the order was called in to following up with the office to be told its all pending with Dr. Bloom. This is unacceptable especially since it involves a patient twice out of the ER for the issue we were seaking care for.
