Alan Needham is the best audiologist you find in the Hartford ct. Area .He cares about his clients and makes sure they are satisfied with the hearing aids they have purchased from him. I would recommend to any body that needs hearing aids.
I ordered two hearing aids thru this company; one in 1999 and the second in 2001. Alan Needham, the owner, has been always available to answer questions; has fixed my hearing aids for no cost numerous times when parts were not required and tweaked them for no charge as my hearing deteriorated. He also is a very nice and caring person. He will steer you to the hearing aid that's best for you and not his pocketbook. Do yourself a favor though, spend a little extra and get a better hearing aid. You won't regret it. I will be go... read more
