Very disapointing. Jiffy Auto Parts/ Car Quest is not a business I would ever want to visit again. When ordering a kit to rebuild an engine, we were quoted a specific price. But when going to pick the kit up, the price was raised, and we could not even talk to the person who quoted us the price in the first place. The kit didn't even include everything we were told it had. We were not happy with the service or the product we bought. I would hope this was a one time experience, but I am not willing to go back and find out.
Jiffy Auto Parts is professional and well etablished. The care that Jiffy puts into their customers is top class. Each counter man at Jiffy is very respectful, and very knowledgeable. I always get what I need from them and if they don't have it they find it for me.
