Friendly staff, great office experience and I received a print out of the breakdown of work needed for my son which I have never received before so I was impressed.

I have been a customer for 10 years now. Since Dr. Krug left, the office has severly gone down hill. I LOVE my dental hygienist and am sad that I won't get to see her again. I phoned to get in to see a dentist because I chipped a tooth. Whoever answered the phone was completely unprofessional and just kept telling me that they only had one dental assistant on staff. After asking 3 times "when" could they see me, I was told not until Wednesday. It's Thursday. I made a call to a different dentist and will be seen tomorrow. Epi... read more
