Needed ac fixed in out trailer due to broken part. Kevin came out and swapped it for us within a few days of calling. Put a spare part in to keep us running while we waited for our part order. Very knowledgeable and great service would recommend this company
Needed my hot water heater and tank replaced and Unbenounced to me I was informed that day of installation that the hourly rate for a unit to be installed was $350 per hour. The bill for the unit was 1,400 and total cost was $2,400 for four hours of work.I don’t recommend that this company work on any trailer he will take advantage of the situation because you are in need of maintenance.The rates are ridiculous and totally unacceptable taking advantage of elderly on a fixed income. What a rip off. Never have we paid $560.00 for just over an hr for examining our little trailer. The electrical and to see of there was a leak in the propane. Didn't even look at the tires. Fixed nothing. No materials. Did nothing but tell us the wires aren't connected somewhere which we already knew. Never again. $560.00 FOR ONE and a HALF HOUR INSPECTION. THEN YOU ASKED FOR MORE. CRIMINAL. WENT TO CHEMONG RV AND THERE SERVICE WAS AWESOME. THEY WERE OVER 3 HOURS REPLACING WIRES SCRAPING AND CLEANING OF RUST FROM ELECTRICAL ... read more

We have had Kevin service and winterize our trailer for a couple of Years now. Very Friendly and knowledgeable. Good service is impossible to find anymore...but Kevin has been nothing but fantastic...honest...and fair. Won't deal with anyone else. THANKS KEVIN!
