The Nurses at the wound care clinic at Cottage Country Family Health have taken care of me through both of my HS De-roofing surgeries. Everyone who works there are absolute angels! The nurses bedside manners, knowledge and generosity is 10/10. I always leave the clinic feeling positive and optimistic. By far the best medical care Iv'e ever experienced! 😇

I stopped going to this practice some time ago because of the appallingly rude reception staff. I ended up in the hospital terribly ill because I was denied an appointment. All I needed was an antibiotic. The staff are rude, abrasive, ill mannered, and bullying. You take your life in your hands going to this clinic.

Disrespectful and disgusting reception and staff. Will literally throw paper and items at you. The reception will treat you like garbage. As soon as you start to tell them that you do not like how they are treating you, they get defensive and try to kick you out. These people have NO health care background but they will manipulate your ability to receive health care. Just like the review below this one.
