We interviewed 3 different contractors for our 2022 project in Arcata, which was a large, challenging, shop building with an attached dwelling, in a residential neighborhood, adjacent to our home. Around 1800 sq ft, all new construction, lots of concrete work, 40 ft scissor trusses, 14 ft ballon framed walls in the shop. I’m glad we chose Cottage Construction. Cottage Construction made the most complex and difficult project of our lives fun, educational, and uplifting. For our first construction project we needed a company that could see things from our perspective, and John W and John P did.
