CALL them to see if they have the items you want- because it seems what they so is receive your order and then order from the supplier claiming they are out of stock- this causes delay up to 8 weeks. I Just moved to Pinehurst NC 5 minutes from this amazing store. I had visited online and alwaysDreamed about having one of the designers help me start to finish with my a new home.I first started buying Bella Notte Linens from them last year when I still lived in NYC. Candice helped with my master bedroom. She is a lovely girl so patient. Ordered online and paid in full up front. A month later, after no word or receipt of the item, I e-mailed to ask when it would ship. I was told there is a three-month wait for this item and would I consider something else. I replied to ask questions and say I wanted the specific item but had concerns about paying up front and waiting that long. No response.
