Mehul Rawal is such an amazing person!! Not only did he provide superb customer service but was also just a great human overall. I left my wallet behind and he was trustworthy enough to put away for me in case of my return. I’m so blessed to have had him help me today!
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was charged $69.99 to overnight some documents on 9/27/21. On 9/29/21 the documents were still not there. I logged in with the tracking number and they are being sent back to me with no explanation as to why. I went to the Postal Annex and they said "To Bad". No fefund or evan a discount. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They dont care about the customer only how much money they can get from you. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Excellent service the clerks are always helpful and ready to assist me with anything I may need assistance with, the prices are very reasonable, the service is fast and I appreciate the time that is taken when I have a more complicated or complex task that I need assistance with.
So I accidentally post a review for this place, fairly upset that I was charged twice the amount for a shipment than I should have been. I posted it to the wrong google yelp and yellow pages sites and had left a message for the owner (still wrong place) like an idiot. I was having difficulty with the passport pictures I had taken from other passport picture places for the Visas needed for Brazil. Brazil was extremely specific. The manager and his staff pulled up the Brazilian picture instructions from the website, cropped the pictures to fit, and uploaded the pic onto my Visa application. That's a very simplified version of what they did. It was not that simple. The Visa required that a separate signature be uploaded. But the scanned signature kept getting rejected. Not such a good place. They are listed as "authorized dropoff" site by FedEx. When I went there they said they don't take FedEx ground. They accept the more expensive FedEx rate packages. Had to go to another place in downtown Mill Creek where I had no problem. About a year ago I wanted a high quality color print. Their minimum order was way to expensive to get it.
The package arrived to the destination with missing item. Fedex said the missing item broke. I called postal annex they said they are not responsible for it after I pay for bubble wrap package from them. I should have insured it however at the time the teller did not mention it. My advice to anyone is: insure your package.
Great little location for fast service postal needs. They even have post boxes in there if you need ups boxes delivered
Was basically told that my business wasn't wanted... I'm a reseller that owns an online resale store that sells primarily on eBay. I ship an average of about 20 packages every day, except Sunday.
