RecommendedI washed my car and some of it didn’t come clean so i went back and spoke to Mike who cleaned the car and explained to me how to prevent the ground in dirt from reoccurring. He went above and beyond to make me happy and I learned a lot from him that day. Thank you Mike
Dropped off our Pacifica recently and had it cleaned inside and out and NOT ONE dog hair is left behind...a miracle! Feels like a brand new car with seats, dashboard, tires and exterior so bright. Great service and nice staff - I highly recommend!
Does not get the car clean. Other similar washes in the area do a good job of cleaning the exterior. Why is this one so bad?
Get better cleaning solutions where it actually cleans your car. Frank the manager is the rudest man I have dealt with. Right off the bat he was ignorant. I wanted my money back he said he wasn't going to give it to me... then finally said I am going to give you your money back just to get you off this property..... REALLY there should also be another person you can talk to like the owner if he really cares about his car wash. NEVER going back and I am telling EVERYONE on all social media's how I was treated.. cottage car wash is great... they have a great service, as well as do a great job on detailing vehicles... and very helpful!!
I've used this wash frequently. There are better ones around that don't leave spots and don't always have broken components like Cottage Car Wash but I've always used them to support local business. Today after waiting in line for 15 minutes two of the employees moved a car out of the detail bay and in front of me in line for the automatic wash. I asked one of the employees if he was cutting me. He came up to my window, looked me in the eyes and said "Yes". I asked if he was serious and he just responded "Yes". I left. I use... read more
