Further to my previous review, the owner has indicated that she sympathizes with our unique situation. A final sale is indicated on the receipt when the customer charges but not when one pays cash. She could understand why we did not think it was a final sale. she has agreed to refund our money .
Not very reasonable owner. No indication that sales are final,except for a small inconspicuous sign up high on the wall. Sales receipt did not indicate final sale . Would not even consider exchange for a ring that I had purchased for my elderly mother. When purchased I had indicated that I wasn't sure if it would fit and was not informed that I could not exchange it. Their attitude was "too bad, your problem. "
