A complete and utter waste of rations, phoned twice looking for a drain plug crush washer for my r1150rt , told by 2 different people they couldn't get hold of their parts people, but left them a message and they would call me back....Still waiting....two weeks on.?.. I guess BMW don't need the business. Could have led to more...not now.!!!!
Had first service on GS and they were prompt, efficient and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this motorad dealership.
