I have been a loyal customer of BMW for several years, having purchased multiple vehicles from them,5 cars in the past year. While the sales process is always smooth, the aftercare is consistently appalling. They seem far more interested in making money and earning commission than in looking after their customers. Really good place to buy our car from. It may not have been a new car or even a top of the range used car but the service was great and still remains so with after sales provision.
