Everything I've bought for my cars has been delivered exactly when the parts department have said so. I'd like to thank Nathan and Mike in particular for their service, and I will be using them again through the forum.
Used car in for a first service when it was pointed out that one of front tyres might need attention. On checking I realis ed I had been sold a vehicle with two types of Bridgestone tyres on the front. According to the manufacturer this could be dangerous especially in wet weather. On contacting Cotswold I was basically given the 'buyer beware' spiel. ' The tyres were legal when the vehicle was purchased ' Yes they were condition wise but still considered dangerous to drive when used together. Poor service. I have put in two... read more
