Popped into the store while visiting from out of town and had the absolute best time! Jonathan and Melissa were so wonderful to talk to about Cotopaxi’s products and mission as well as recommendations for things to do and see in the area. So happy I stopped by as I got the perfect del dia color mix for me. Will definitely visit everytime I am in the area!
Best service ever! Naomi and Denali were endlessly helpful and patient with us. They even allowed us to stay past their closing time (we were pretty indecisive with their range of amazing products!). If you want to have a pleasant time in the store, I highly recommend striking up a conversation with Denali and Naomi and ask for their opinions as they are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly!
Kara was amazing! She spoke to me in french (my native language). All employees were so friendly! I got the replacement piece I needed for my bag without any problems. Thanks again!
They make dang good products. The store has really cool people working there.
I went here and molly was the absolute best! She was so helpful and really took her time helping me decide which backpack i needed for a trip, and showed me all the options and different features each bag offered! I highly recommend!
